More Selections – Adobe Photoshop for Beginners

Hello everyone, and welcome to Class 2 of the Photoshop for Beginners series.

In this session, you will learn additional fundamental and straightforward selection tools, such as the Lasso tool for freehand selection, the Polygon Lasso for straight lines, and the Magnetic Lasso, which can choose any item from an edge if it has good contrast. You’ll also learn about the Magic Wand and the Quick Selection tool. Another topic I covered in this session was anti-aliasing, which is also very important to comprehend.
